We were thrilled to have actor Jay Baruchel on CP24 Breakfast this morning discussing his new film "The Trotsky". He has been in so many successful films including Million Dollar Baby, She's Out of My League and How To Train Your Dragon. The premise of the film? We were so happy to welcome back to CP24 Breakfast Canadian singing sensation Nikki Yanofsky! It was just a few months ago that her song "I Believe" shot to No. 1 on iTunes and the Billboard 100 charts. She also sang the Canadian national anthem to open the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. She also just returned from the Junos in St. John's, Newfoundland where she shared the stage with K'Naan, Justin Bieber, Drake and others to sing "Wavin' Flag", a song for Haiti. She is now out with her debut studio album "Nikki". She says there is something for jazz and pop fans alike. If you've heard her voice you know, she is talented and has a long career ahead of her. Moo Moo Evans showed me and Steve a trick or two when he visited us on CP24 Breakfast. I have so much respect for players' talent and skill on the court. A HUGE congratulations to 12-year-old Kaizen who won the chance to sit on the Globetrotters bench this Saturday when they play at the Air Canada Centre. She will be the team's ballgirl! Have a great time at the game with your mom! Look out for Matte Babel who will be playing against the Globetrotters on the Washington Generals team! Here's Moo Moo with the crew!

We can't believe that this morning was Michael "Pinball" Clemons' first time on CP24 Breakfast! He is the ultimate Torontonian! He issued a challenge to Toronto to perform random acts of kindess. He is also asking you to nominate a community organization to the Mars "Random Act of Chocolate" contest whereby a winner could receive $10,000 to help fund their organization and events.
